My family (mother, twin sister, brother in law and nephew) are currently on the run from their home in Odessa, Ukraine. They no longer have a a vehicle and are now travelling on foot. Food and water is scarce. My family will need financial support to ensure they have shelter and basic provisions as they continue to try to get to safety.

As it currently stands my family are still not safe. They are exhausted and heading to the border. Their journey has been very difficult as traffic is grid locked due to abandoned vehicles and progressively more destroyed roads. They are very scared and stressed, as are all of us here waiting in jersey.

They have nothing left apart from the clothes on their backs. Food and water is almost gone, money has been scammed by someone on the road saying they would help take the to safety and they are struggling to think straight as they have not slept for 2 days now.

They have left their pets, their beautiful city and home, and just want peace.

My husband will be driving all the way to where they will hopefully all be able to cross. Men are being pulled from their families and being forced to fight.

My husband is planning to get them and bring them to safety here with us. Our family will need food, fuel, shelter and clothing etc. for the journey.
