AMHSPORTS & FITNESS is a growing company that strives to help promote general, mental and physical fitness to all ages.

We help children to understand the importance of participating in Sports and fitness, which in turn will help reduce obesity within society, which is one of our main goals.

Our aim is to provide them with the opportunity to attend multisports and fitness clubs of their choice for a reasonable price, if not for free , as every child can not afford to attend but we believe that every child deserves a chance to gain knowledge and skills, which hopefully will benefit them in the future, if not to help them reach an ambition.

We do not only physically train people for a brighter, healthier future but we also train them mentally to understand the benefits of staying healthy whilst having fun.

Our clubs have been known to improve the children's mood and attention spans during classes and provide a platform for children to have the confidence to meet new people of a similar age.

We take pride in coaching activities for the children in a fun, educational and active environment.

With your help, together we can bring our sessions into more schools and clubs within the borough.

Creating new clubs to suit demand and to advertise the word of healthy living and wellbeing.

The money will go on all sports equipment, from balls and bibs to goal posts, venues and event days.
