Story

I'm running 127km to raise funds for Pencoed Primary School!

Hello everyone,

This year, I'm taking on a huge personal challenge: running a 127km ultra-marathon — and I'm doing it for a cause very close to my heart.

Pencoed Primary School is more than just a place of learning — it’s at the heart of our community. The school goes above and beyond every day to support, inspire and nurture our children. But like many schools, they are under increasing financial pressure, which makes it difficult to provide the resources, equipment and opportunities our children truly deserve.

That’s why I’m putting on my running shoes and pushing myself to the limit with 127 long and challenging kilometres. Every step I take will be in support of Pencoed Primary — to help fund new learning materials, outdoor play equipment, extra-curricular activities, and anything else that helps enrich the school experience and put smiles on children’s faces.

Whether it’s £2 or £20, every donation counts and will go directly towards improving the school environment for all the wonderful pupils.

Please support me if you can, share this page, and help spread the word.

Let’s do this — for the children, for the school, and for our community 💙

Thank you so much,

Anthony Howells
