Story
Following some demonstrations we organised highlighting council and police cover ups of child sex grooming gangs in Telford and Rochdale recently, victims and whistleblowers have been coming forward for our help.
Last week we helped one family that were being threatened to keep quiet, to temporarily escape abroad to safety for six weeks while we help them relocate to another part of the UK so thay can get the support they need to start to rebuild their lives. Mother and children were all victims of grooming gangs in the Telford area.
The same family has another household that are not able to escape so easily due to ill health, and they were recently subject of a warning arson attack. We need funds short term to just be able to visit Telford regularly and support the families whilst we engage with the police, council and emergency housing services to force through some much needed help. We need to print leaflets and distribute them to raise awareness and attract other victims to come forward.
We are not going away and will be fighting for the people of Telford until major changes are implemented at the highest levels of governance and policing.
If we continue to get fobbed off by the authorities and these families lives continue to be at risk we may need to raise funds to relocate them ourselves, removals and deposit on private house rental.

The local authorities are complicit in this sex slave epidemic and it is abhorrent that it is left to organisations like ours to get in at street level and protect the victims and their families. But protect them we will. We are all working voluntarily but cannot continue without some financial support from our members and friends...
On another note, in another town we are following up on information that we believe will lead to exposing an active grooming gang, but we must first gather some information and evidence of potential grooming activities with surveillance before we can report them to the relevant authorities.
We are in need of funds to sustain our actions and for equipment as it is needed.
Please donate what you can to our current appeal, this money is vital as we work voluntarily but keep coming up against financial barriers.
For instance sometimes we need to hire vehicles, or buy equipment for our own personal safety. A cheap B&B to stay overnight sometimes, and petrol are our normal day to day expenses. We need to get night vision cameras to record evidence and other security equipment for certain situations.
We are starting regular parent patrols of known hotspots soon in Telford and plan to take this town to town once we gain momentum and proof of results.
I should add that we do not operate like those "predator hunter" groups that entrap "online groomers" with pretend victims, and then confront them physically and film the citizens arrest in street locations.
We act more in support of the children of "gang grooming" and only gather evidence to pass to the authorities. We then liaise with housing services and support groups that will care for the victims to help them get over their ordeal.
Any amount will help if enough people donate, so please...
donate whatever you can even £5 can help if enough poeople join in.
Thank you in advance

6 years ago16/6/18-3 It was agreed by all that Telford is chronically deficient in safe locations away from the home environment for girls to socialise in together and we will petition the council for funds and venues where our volunteers can offer such facilities and welcome. We welcome ideas and participation from new volunteers so please contact us if you have either to offer. We created and printed a few different designs of leaflets to distribute locally to raise awareness of what we are doing and to search for survivors that may need support.

6 years ago16/6/18-2 We agreed on short term objectives to apply for a booth at the Telford Lions Family Day, and also to research and plan a project to campaign for a Girls Youth Club where girls can safely spend time together away from the risk of grooming gangs and be in the company of peers and older support volunteers. Facilities will include internet cafe, music & dance projects, study area, cookery, outdoor activities, education on grooming, bullying, drugs and alcohol abuse, and other interests that young girls like to pursue.

Absolutely horrified to learn what has been happening to our children across the country for decades by these sick criminal gangs, and the cover ups by government, local councils, press, social services, police. I cannot stand by and do nothing.
