Kerala is in the midst of an unprecedented flood havoc. The calamity has caused immeasurable misery and devastation. Many lives lost. Hundreds of homes destroyed and many more damaged. For the first time in history, 27 dams in the State had to be opened. Never had the State witnessed a calamity of this scale. One million people displaced, roads and infrastructure damaged.

Now people need help to rebuild their lives. The path to recovery can be long & arduous, but you can make a difference by joining the rebuilding efforts.

Now people started to return their home and realising the depth of their lost. 95% of their home submerged and lost everything! All their pet animals including cows, dogs etc. died and start decaying. It is horror in the village. According to todays news 3 people committed suicide! This is Onam season, but in history Keralites are not talking about Onam today.
