Story
100km for Ash boy - 13/14th August 2018
Ashley is a hugely admired member of Anytime Fitness, Loudwater. A few months ago, he was heading towards a place on a professional boxing circuit, but his dreams were shattered after an awful motorbike accident. This young man has a heart of gold, and fellow members of the Anytime Fitness family who have trained alongside him, all enjoy a laugh and a natter with him. His hard work and solid attitude both before and after the accident, has not been lost on anyone. Despite this life changing thing happening, the admiration for Ash has not dwindled, in fact it has grown ten-fold as we now stand back to admire the inner strength, courage and perseverance that he continues to exude since losing his leg. There is not a doubt in anyone's mind that this role model will continue to push boundaries and move mountains to achieve his sporting goals, and I believe that he has the potential to build up others along the way. To get Ash Boy back on his feet, however, with a suitable prosthetic leg, is going to take some financial support. I really hope my 100km walk will help to inspire those of us who sometimes take our abilities for granted, to put some money towards enabling goals to be realised for this great human. Thank you!!
