Arc is a small family run gym, which provides so much more than just a place for people to exercise!

It allows us to come together as a whole community, in which we find support, sanctuary and friendship.

For many of us the mental benefits are just as, if not more, important than the physical and for these reasons we want to be sure it’s still there for us once this difficult time allows..

Whilst we have all been kept away, Helen, Dave(aka,Brian), Connor and Aaron have been working their socks off,making improvements and doing all they can to ensure we all have our much loved and needed gym to go back to.

This is just our little way of saying “Thank you”
