Story
At Archus we are committed to corporate responsibility, making a positive social impact and giving back to communities.
We are fundraising for investment in basic healthcare support for a remote African community.
Mkasanga is a village of 2,036 people in Mwanya, Luangwa Valley, Zambia. It has only one outpatient clinic room for administering first aid and a visiting vaccination service. This was built in 2006 and continues to be financially supported, by The Tafika Fund.

We are fundraising to invest in basic services to enable:
1. Dedicated maternal and child health support
2. Preventative healthcare education for the whole community
3. Family planning guidance
4. Primary healthcare training
5. Consistent provision of essential medical supplies
Our event on Wednesday 4th August 2021 is a challenge to complete a 10km walk, from Bristol to Bath, along the Old Railway Path!
Join us, sponsor us. Together we will make a difference. All sponsorship and donations will go to the Tafika Fund to be invested directly for healthcare in Mkasanga village.

As the Tafika Fund is not a UK registered Charity you are unable to give Gift Aid, sorry for any inconvenience.

The first COVID-19 vaccinations are being rolled out within the village. Many more still waiting to come.
