For the past 12 months Archway School have been working with the Football Foundation, Stroud District Council, Gloucestershire County Council and Gloucestershire FA to get the funding in place for a brand new floodlit 3G sports facility on the playing field.

We are extremely excited that Archway School has been selected as the primary site for a 3G pitch and the final funding from local charities, grant applications, staff, students and parents will all go towards this life changing project for the local community.

Such a facility would enhance sporting opportunities for all ages and abilities throughout the Stroud Community and beyond. It really would support the development of female sport, support activities for those with disabilities and provide a state of the art facility for the students of Archway and the clubs that use us locally.

As Archway Sports Centre Manager I want to my little bit and run the cardiff half marathon on October 2nd 2022. Any small donation is most welcome.
