I am asking for help where needed especially in the case of little "Rasheed" who is a orphan and is dying to eat who now needs life saving operation or the outcome will be fatal. We are asking people in any position and those of the general public to please donate it matters to me as he is one of many orphans who will and have passed away due to lack of funds, hospital care and support i vow to make a change to this cycle by raising funds for hes leg tumor and more support
