A 4 man team from the British Army will look to compete in Marathan Des Sables, a 6 day, 251 km race across the Sahara Desert In 2023. This has been regarded as the toughest foot race in the world.

The team will be raising money for Scotty’s Little Soldiers, the charity for bereaved children of British Servicemen and Women. Our unique fundraising number is ESLS07231. So far we have raised over £14,000 on a different crowdfunding page which has now been closed down.

It is important to highlight that a percentage of the money raised will contribute towards the teams entry fees into the competition however, the team are currently in the process of acquiring sponsorship. This will mean that the majority of money raised via the just giving page will be given to Scotty’s Little Soldiers.
