I've raised £2000 to help animals and people in a rural South African community of Selwane, Limpopo.

Organised by Joanne Marden
In a little rural community called Selwane in South Africa there are animals and humans in need. We are working closely with the community members to try and help dogs, donkeys and orphaned or underprivledged children. The donkeys are used to fetch water or firewood and typically have uncomfortable harnesses that cause large wounds over time. This Christmas we hope to raise funds for dog sterilisations ($29) donkey harnesses ($12), emergency treatment for all animals (any amount) and a weeks worth of meals for underprivledged or an orphaned child ($12).
Any donation helps, small or large. The community would appreciate it so much!
