Hi everyone!

This JustGiving page has been created to support Arriva Premiere, a fantastic Kirkby-based Morris dancing troupe. Morris dancing is a traditional North West English competitive dance style that keeps our rich cultural heritage alive – while also offering incredible physical, social, and emotional benefits to the children involved.

Founded in 1992, Arriva Premiere has gone from strength to strength over the decades. This season, AP have bossed the arena, earning some amazing 1st place finishes – their progress and team spirit have been nothing short of inspiring!

Our troupe includes dancers from 18 months to 18+ years, who train hard, perform at community events, and enjoy regular bonding days. Through Morris dancing, they build fitness, discipline, resilience, respect, and most importantly – friendships that last a lifetime.

This year, we're raising funds for new competition costumes. Costumes are scored as part of competitions, and we want our dancers to step onto the floor looking and feeling their best. Our goal is to have new outfits ready for the End-of-Season Championships in October 2025 – so we can celebrate in style and with pride! 🏆
