Story

During the covid19 pandemic, there is a shortage of scrubs used by the NHS staff across hospitals and General Practice. The scrubs are worn by NHS staff as uniform and also, a form of protection. However, our local GP's and Nurses have none and there is a shortage of them. Therefore, I'd to help purchase material for those whom can and would like to start making them in order to help those on the frontline who are helping us!

It costs on average £5 to make a scrub set (Top and Trousers) and uses about 3.5m of poly cotton to make. It costs less to make scrub caps , bags and headbands.

So here i am asking for your help! Any donation you could spare, big or small, will be used for the purchase of the supplies. This is a non profiting scheme.

Also, any other seamstresses, anyone who can sew, or anyone interested in helping in any other way such as cutting out the patterns or delivering the items, let me know!

Thank you all in advanced for your help!

Stay home, stay safe
