We would like everyone to donate towards the hub Dialysis Centre for the Imperial College Renal and Transplant Centre at Hammersmith Hospital, London. The unit serves the 2 million people of West London.
They also care for people first starting dialysis and encourage home treatment where this fulfils patient need.
They have helped our father throughout and we would like to do a BIG SHOUT OUT to the staff.
We will all miss his laughter , joking around and especially leaving a smile on everyones face.
He was simply the most amazing Father , Brother to many ,uncle, cousin and friend.
We all will Cherish the memories you have created with us.
