The Ashbourne Ex-Servicemen’s Club needs your help.

These are difficult and challenging times for everybody, but we have to decide now what will be left of our town and our way of life when, in the coming months, we finally beat Covid-19.

For over a hundred years the Ashbourne Ex-Servicemen’s Club has been a vital part of the fabric that holds Ashbourne’s unique community together; providing an affordable place for local people to meet up, relax, and enjoy games and live entertainment while also supporting ex-service personnel and their families. The Club hosts local traditions, plenty of charitable activities, and provides an important historical legacy.

We have had to close our doors in response to the pandemic but we are working hard behind the scenes to make sure that we will still be there, ready to re-open our doors, when the lockdown restrictions are finally lifted.

The Club is receiving some help from the Government but unfortunately not enough. While our doors are shut our overheads still need to be paid. We would like to encourage all our members and friends to give just a little to help meet these costs and ensure that the Club survives this challenge.

Any donation, no matter how small, will make a big difference.
