This is my wife’s family home and situated in a picturesque area called Ashby Cum fenby, on the outskirts of Grimsby. The property is perfect for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers, artists and many other people to take advantage of its location.

Close to the coast, the city of Hull and several other areas of interest we feel that this could be turned into a viable business. The organic land has become very much self sufficient with chickens and vegetables, so would make a perfect BnB, the plot has ample room for caravans and tents or even a wedding venue. The potential is huge, just like the price tag, so any help we could get would be gratefully received to get the project up and running.

The plan in short would be to turn the house into a bnb, the garage into a workshop / luxury self contained flat, the fields would become a camping area, wedding venue and artists retreat. We would welcome everyone with open arms with a view to increasing trade and tourism in the area.
