I've raised £5000 to help Ashford Town (Middlesex) FC survive the COVID-19 lockdown

The current lockdown has affected our lives in a whole host of ways. We hope that everyone, including our amazing volunteers, supporters, players, and local community, are all keeping safe and well at these unprecedented times.
With the current season now cancelled, and the loss of our remaining first team home games, the club now finds itself in a difficult situation. We need to raise funds to carry us through the end of this season and into the summer. To help us keep and support all of our teams beyond the lockdown.
Along with our fixed costs at the ground, we have also just renovated our outside youth pitches as we continue to develop our facilities at the RPS. This was all planned and finished not long before lockdown, and there are further plans for the club going forward which would enable us to service not just our own teams, but the community as a whole. Hopefully these will still be possible in the future.
We know that everyone has been hit financially, but any donation would go a long way to helping us secure the future of the club. With over 400 junior players across our youth section, plus our Under 18's, and senior men's and women's teams, we would love to continue offering local football and further develop our standing within the community. We pledge to dontate 10% of whatever we raise to our local NHS charities, and will also be offering free season tickets to any NHS and carehome workers next season.
Thank you so much in advance for your generosity and kindness. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to the RPS as soon as it's safe to do so. Stay safe.
Ashford. One Club. One Town.
