I have agreed to do a 5k tough mudder to help Every Month campaign, despite being in terrible shape, very close to being 30 and having the WORST knees ever, my passion for this campaign outweighs all of my personal issues and my desire to help eliminate period poverty has made me don a sports bra. Every Month is dedicated to making menstrual products available to all those who need them. Based in Manchester, EM works from the understanding that anyone can experience poverty in their lifetime and therefore we share a responsibility to help those who are currently struggling.

EM believes that no person should be forced to to go without menstrual products due to financial circumstances. EM firmly believes that menstrual products are NECESSITY and NOT A LUXURY.

As a way to help those who need access to menstrual products Every Month creates EM Period Packs, which contain sanitary products and a chocolate, and distributes them to food banks, shelters and charities throughout the city.
