I am the deputy manager of a residential care home in dorcheser maiden castle house. We are a charitable organistation and we raise money for our amenties fund for the residents to enjoy activities and trips out. Also for more equipment for the residents to enjoy. A large percentage of the residents live with dementia and stimulation and enjoyment is so important dor there quality of life.
