We are a group of Education professionals with a keen interest in languages and bilingualism. Working in Scottish schools and at the Saturday morning French school "Ecole Buissonniere" in Glasgow, we pioneer a French Bilingual Education project( which comes under the umbrella of "Ecole Buissonniere"- charity number SC045617). We strongly believe that languages are important for all children. Beyond the current model of language learning, We would love to see the opening of a bilingual section in one of Glasgow schools. We are getting together with our families next Sunday the 10th March 2019 to run a 5 km to raise awareness within a wider community for our project and to raise money. The latter would support visits to existing bilingual schools, produce informative resources for Staff or meet advertising and printing costs.
