when I give birth to my 3 children I had complications all I had them by caesarean I was like to have them here in uk, I thaught a lot about mothers in Rwanda who will need to pay to get all that access and some of them may not have money to pay for that even to eat they struggle to get food, and they may live in mountain even to get access to the roads is a problem, if they get to the how are they going to get a car all these process may leads them to die with their kids or kids may die by themselves I really feel it and I care about a human being I ask myself what cay do to help all those innocent human being, I had nothing to share but my heart think a lot about them.
