I've raised £4000 to Help cover the cost of my sister's medical care so she can have a better quality of life. It would be so kind of you to help. Thank you.

Atiqullah has been a valued member of SLRA’s youth service since 2012, shortly after he came to the UK as an unaccompanied asylum seeking child from Afghanistan. After having been recently reunited with his family his sister tragically became disabled after being hit in the spine by a stray bullet in cross fire. The family have struggled with the medical bills and accessing quality care
which has meant that she has been unable to access crucial treatment. Atiqullah lives on a very low wage himself in the UK and struggles to send money to Afghanistan to support his sister, which is a great source of sadness for him. As such we are supporting him to reach out on just giving so that he might be able to source some additional funds to cover at least some of the costs for medicine and medical appointments, which would make a huge difference to the quality of his sister’s life.
