Story

My name is Atticus, I have been in church and a part of a Christian family since I was born. I believe that God wishes for us to be kind and generous in His name and do everything we can to help others less fortunate than ourselves. Although I don't live in poverty or anything close to it, money and finance has always been somewhat of a concern in my family and has tended to add limitations to what our family can do. (when it comes to luxuries and extra stuff that we'd like to enjoy.) I'm lucky enough to have parents that love me and show me care so that money could never effect the happiness of myself and my three siblings. Having grown up my expectations have lowered and I am used to the idea of living without luxury and it doesn't bother me. This is because I have always been reminded of the people in the world that have nothing, and even one meal a day would be considered a luxury for their circumstance.

I have been given the opportunity to go to Tuzla and Ovidiu, two areas in Romania where there is a big presence of poverty. I am going to help a church that supports families that live in extreme poverty and children that come from toxic family backgrounds. I will be helping and looking after these children and visiting families that live in poverty and assisting them in any way I can. The focus is really on the youth that are being brought up in these awful circumstances and don't receive the love that I am lucky to know so well. I am doing this because I believe that everyone deserves to be loved and cared for, no matter your financial status or your family background.

All of the money raised will be used to fund the trip and help buy essentials for families in Romania that really have nothing. I have been given this amazing opportunity to go and help people less fortunate than you and me so if you could donate, you can be a part of it too.
