Jameel is a father of two and is currently residing in Yemen, a war torn country. He has lived supporting his wife and children even during the war and he is their only breadwinner. Jameel now has cancer and is trying to battle it but lacks not only the finances but the facilities too. Yemens' hospitals are unable to provide him with the treatment that he needs due to the sanctions and the current state of the country.

The fundraising is to be used to get him a ticket out of Yemen to a country where he is able to receive the treatment and also pay for the treatment he urgently needs. When he recovers he hopes to get his wife and two children out of Yemen too, so he can keep them safe and provide for them as his wife has also fallen ill recently.
