Let's make her dream come true...Alexandra is my 5 years old niece and she was born with bilateral atresia microtia. Her wish for Christmas was to have ears like everyone else so that she can hear without the Baha prostesis. Help Alexandra getting an operation in USA for an ear canal reconstruction and 2 ears. She is a candidate for atresia repair canalplasty on the right side and a potentially for a canal on the left side as well.The canal surgery can take place separately or in coordination with the medpor outer ear surgery in a procedure known as a Combined Atresia Microtia (CAM) surgery in USA but it costs $200 000 for both ears plus the cost of the flight and accomodation for both her and her mum. They both live in Romania and didn't found any support in there. We've been in contact with the clinic from USA and they can offer her a normal life if she can get there to have the operation done. Once she told her mum that she'll give her all her money from the piggy bank so that she can have the operation... Please help my niece to have a normal life! If 100000 people will donate the amount of a coffee or a cup of tea that they have when they go out I think our goal is achievable.
