I am raising funds for an expedition to Peru in 2019 on which we will build tree nurseries growing native plants to reforest the Amazon rainforest also while boosting the local economy when locals sell saplings. We will also build greenhouses for schools and families.

We also build kitchens and dining rooms in nearby schools where mothers take it in turn to cook lunch – no dinner ladies there! We may even build toilets in local homes to improve health and hygiene problems. Along with this we will also teach the younger children how to speak English and possibly paint, plaster and build a new school!

We will be teaming up with local tradesmen in order to learn skills to perform these tasks and hopefully return home with new and valuable skills.

I will be travelling to Peru with camps international a organisation that runs camps all over the globe in order to improve the lives of children and adults and villages in the local communities.
