FAT MAN attempting an ULTRA for AUJFC (Those that know me know im not built for running)
On the 29th July i will be attempting to complete the Montane Lakeland 50 Ultra (50 miles, 9000ft of climb) to help raise money for AUJFC who year after year provide opportunities for kids of all ages to play, enjoy and develop footballing skills while also forming life long friendships.
After getting involved last year coaching AUJFC’s youngest ever team (U6s), i quickly realised the huge cost that comes with setting up and maintaining teams. Myself and a friend (CAM Coaching) were lucky enough to be in a position to sponsor our team with kit and training tops etc, but the costs do not stop there. There are all the coaching badges, safety courses, league registration, balls, bibs, cones, first aid kits etc…..the list is endless and AUJFC have between 8-10 teams per year!!!
Please donate whatever you can (no donation is too small) to help us continue to offer opportunities for kids who want to play football.
Cheers Byron
