Story
About us…
Auseras is an educational learning community that functions as a modern alternative to traditional secondary school. Auseras exists to help people grow so that they can achieve happiness, find their purpose, and have a positive impact in the world.
The problem…
Every week, our students engage in creative projects involving film-making, photography, podcasting, making art…communicating their knowlege, skills and undersatnding in a multitude of ways. However, we are currently using a hotch-potch of shared and dated devices which really don’t do justice to the innovation of our students.
The solution…
Having access to iPads will enable our students to document their projects in a multitude of high-quality ways, enabling them to show the very best of themselves. Better quality video, higher resolution photographs, streamlined research, and simpler communication. Every aspect of their independent learning would be improved.
How you can help…
At the moment, we survive solely on the generosity of the families from within the Auseras community, so we are reaching out to Just Giving users to help springboard our students’ creativity.
If you believe that education should be about young people being encouraged to express their individual ingenuity, then please consider donating. Our whole learning community will be hugely thankful. But please remember to only give what you can afford.
