I've raised £600 to Fund a residential trip for our service users as a lot of them don't get the chance to go away and will help build relationships and skills.

Story

Autism is much more common than many people think. There are around 700,000 people on the autism spectrum in the UK – that's more than 1 in 1000. If you include their families, autism is a part of daily life for 2.8 million people.

Autism doesn't just affect children. Autistic children grow up to be autistic adults.

Autism is a hidden disability – you can't always tell if someone is autistic.

This is where AutismAble come in, we started in March 2015 with a social evening group and grew, we provide support for educational and employment opportunities to people with Autism and Learning Differences.

Our staff and learners are taking part in 5k Color Obstacle Rush to raise funds for a residential trip for our service users as a lot of them don't get the chance to go away and will help build relationships and develop their skills.
