    Story

As a survivor of child sexual abuse, rape, domestic violence, grooming, conditioning and a victim of PTSD. I know the journey after freedom can shockingly become so overwhelming and sometimes considerably more traumatic and complicated than the abuse that took place. EVERYTHING becomes a dead end.
These victims and survivors go through a list of battles daily!
    Depression, Anxiety, Trust issues, Neglect
How to go from faking happy, to actually being happy.
Old training and conditioning can leave convincing doubt to ones mind which make it impossible to imagine the possibilities of life in the future.
Nightmares take place making one re-live the horrific events, feeling every touch, sound, pain, fear and more!
Insomnia, Body pain, Mind fog , Little to no confidence, Lost, Lonely, Sad, Relationship problems, Parenting problems, paranoa
Confusion, disorientation, Lifeless with no capacity to make decisions, take self care, to recognise self worth.
On top of this starting over and learning what life is could take the rest of their life!
Going straight into work or school can be risky to health. The Job centre plus calls and puts a huge amount of pressure on survivors, pestering about work , training and interview every month. Survivors deserve to take a break, meet others and know they can relate and share with someone. They can have on site training about housing, rent, council tax... how the system works etc. Guided diet, meditation, counciling, group activities to live as a child before going into the world as an adult. This programme will be building new understandings and relationships with other survivors that could become the family they never had. They are not ready to have a boss or be told what to do in an fast and busy environment before reconstructing their thinking and responses to everyday activities and people. Health check, relaxation therapy and career inspiring work shops to help them move on will also be part the programme . With on going support.
