Me and my husband have been trying for a baby for 5 years now with no success. We were referred for fertility testing and possible treatment with the NHS a little while back, but it has been a long drawn out process. We are now being told that due to me being 35 years old, I am no longer eligible for treatment through the NHS an will need to go private.
Me and my husband have already spent £1000 having the basic tests and a consultation through a private company and it has been confirmed that the only way we will have a baby is through IVF.
Having a baby means absolutely everything to us, it is all we have ever wanted. We are raising money in everyway that we can including selling things we own, applying for credit, and applying for second jobs to make extra money, however, we are still really far off making the amount we need for IVF.
We would be so grateful for any donations we receive in helping us get closer to our dream.
