Average Girls Running Club are a female-led run club that brings women together through movement, community, and support. This June, we are taking on a collective challenge to walk and run 100 miles to raise funds for Spectrum Hub, a non profit volunteer run group based in Merthyr Tydfil which puts on events and sessions for children and young adults with disabilities and ALN. Every mile completed will help support the valuable work they do, while encouraging our members to stay active, connect with one another, and make a positive impact in our community.
