Story
My Big Swings Fundraising Challenge this year is in aid of Edinburgh-based Purrito Fosters.
They are a group of dedicated, trained volunteers eager to give shy, disabled or otherwise needy cats a chance at a better life. They do amazing things, but amazing things cost money.
So from Wednesday 02 March through to Thursday 14 April (Lent, basically), will you please help me support Purrito? In those 40 days, I’m going to swing my trusty kettlebell Emmeline **15,000** times so needy cats can purr a little more.

2 years agoAnd that's a big Easter WRAP. folks!! **30,000** swings completed during the 40 days of Lent. Thank you to all who have supported us and cheered us on. It will make such a difference to all those needy kitties.

2 years agoAfter 19(!) days, that's a challenge wrap for Avril. She completed the 15,000th swing (and a few more besides) yesterday - Sunday 20th March. She's having a well-earned rest today. Ruth is still on schedule and heading for the halfway point - please keep donating to cheer her on.
