we have a problem with the stigma of mental health ranging from depression to suicidal thoughts etc and coming from someone ie me who suffers from depression , suicidal thoughts ptsd etc who has dedicated nearly two years sharing his daily struggles on his mental health facebook page feels theres more to be done and want to share his story , give advice whilst also discussing other topics as a distraction method .Mental Health Page Mental Health Group
