Reece was an inspirational boy who captured the hearts of everyone in our local area.

Reece suffered from a grade 3 cancerous brain tumour and throughout his treatment, wanted to raise awareness and help other children with cancer.

Team Reece have already achieved amazing things raising over £8000 for Alder Hey Children's Hospital.

They have now set up Team Reece as non profit to carry on Reece's mission to help others.

Unfortunately, brave Reece lost his battle to cancer in January 2019 and so in his memory we wanted to contribute to the fantastic work that he has continued to do over the years.

Reece wanted to raise money to help fund research into better treatment options and clinical trials for childhood cancers and in particular brain tumours as the funding currently received is less than 1% of the cancer research budget!!!!!

Therefore in memory of Reece, myself and a number of AXA colleagues and friends are taking part in a sponsored 20 mile walk around Ullswater Way.
