I believe creators don't get the support they deserve. I personally just lost my YouTube partnership because of their updated policies so I have absolutely no revenue at all from video making, when just a short while ago it was my main source of income. I am trying to make a career from being a creator and it's extremely difficult to dedicate hours and days to making a video and editing it with no income what so ever. I am also a very passionate musician and have just recently released my 3rd title 'CORNERS' which had been in the works for over a year. I dedicate day after day at times to just a section of a single track and without income, I really struggle to freely devote so much time to it but I continue to do so because it's my passion and it makes me smile getting my creations out to my audience. My fans keep me alive, hearing that my music has touched them in some way, saved them in some way, inspired them, hearing that my videos has brightened up a dark day and sent someone into a laughing fit gives me so much joy and happiness. I want to be able to keep creating and I want to progress and grow my audience. I used to work part-time to gather income on the side but I struggled with the shifts as I have myoclonic epilepsy so the times wouldn't suit me as my seizures can be triggered by tiredness, stress etc. I have been making music for so many years, ironically my consultant believed that too many hours of guitar practice brought on my epilepsy at the age of 16, but that won't stop me. I have always been a creator at heart and I want to carry this forward and get things out to the world. My family struggles greatly so I receive minimal financial support but I'm so determined to succeed and make my Mum smile because she knows I'm heading down my own path which brings it's rewards for a fulfilled and satisfied lifestyle. I want to show all my close loved ones that I've made it.
