Axe Vale Arts are raising £250,000 for a community project.

Help secure a permanent home for Axe Vale Arts.

The former Methodist Church in Axbridge is no longer sitting empty. It is being used again, with people coming through the doors for workshops, events and shared activities.

In a short time, it has shown how much this kind of space is needed. Not just for arts, but as somewhere people can come together locally, see familiar faces and feel part of what is happening in the town.

We now have a real opportunity to build on this. Securing the building would mean it remains open, active and available to the community in the long term.

We are raising £250,000 to bring this building into community ownership.

This will help us buy it, cover the essential costs, and keep it open, active and available for everyone.

As a charity we are applying for grants and looking for funding from other sources, but it is support from the community that will make this happen.
