Story

As the weather turns and the days draw in, a core collective of club members are undertaking a daunting trek along the Norfolk coast. The Norfolk Coast Path between Hunstanton and Cromer takes in almost 50 miles of our county's stunning coastline. Trekkers will undertake the trek over two days, Sunday and Monday 24/25 October.

We are a growing club now concentrating on expanding our junior and female participation. We successfully ran a campaign to raise funds for “Project Safe Surface” which you can see here: Operation Safe Surface Crowdfunder

We still have quite a way to go to reach our stretch target of £2000. Funds raised will go towards a rotary mower to prepare strips for the women's and junior soft ball teams and to provide better water delivery to the square, used for senior and junior hard ball matches.

We have a junior list of 60 participants aged between 5-18. Our women's squad features 14 regulars players and growing. The current list of senior hard ball players is around 50, all told. The growing numbers means we need to ramp up works on our facilities in order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all members.
