Hello everyone! Myself and a team of work colleagues have signed up to take part in a 10km Rough Runner race across a safari of obstacles. The event takes place on Saturday the 8th of April and we aim to raise as much money as possible towards our house charity 'mind'.
The registered charity 'mind' do some great work. They work actively in local communities to raise awareness about mental health and to tackle the stigma and discrimination which continues to affect the lives of people with mental health problems.
