Since Lockdown was relaxed, so many of us have been able to get back to BMC to game, paint, eat, drink and escape the clusterfuck 2020 seems to insist on being to all! This is down to the tireless work of the team at BMC listening to its community and ensuring they could provide a safe environment for us to enjoy!

With the announcement that London would be going into "Level 2" COVID restrictions as of October 17th, the gaming lifeblood at the Bad Moon isn't going to be possible for many of us.

The fact you can play Warhammer, board games or DnD at Bad Moon is great but what makes it such a special place for so many, is the environment the team have created and nurtured - a really positive and welcoming space and a friendly community for all who want to roll dice, drink cocktails and eat pizza.

To reiterate, despite everything BMC has had thrown at it this year, they have:

1. Retained all of their brilliant staff

2. Made the bold move into the Online Retail space - Also the only website that didn't crash on Indomitus day!

3. Provided a virtual community Discord for all - hosting regular RPG/VG events and hobby nights for the community!

I'm sure we are all hopeful, the situation will improve imminently, but this fund can serve as a communal thank you for what they've provided us, in such a turbulent time.
