Story

The Bag 4 Life project aims to help the homeless and their dogs at Christmas time by giving out rucksacks filled with essentials. These essentials include things like food, warm clothes, blankets and a sleeping bag and will hopefully help keep homeless people and their dogs warm and dry during what must be a very lonely time of year for them.

People have already been incredibly generous and have donated lots of food, clothes, blankets, and toiletries. However, we are running low on sleeping bags and rucksacks to put all of these things in! We are now looking to purchase some cheap rucksacks and sleeping bags so we can give out as many bags as we can!

We would also like to buy as many waterproof dog coats as we can to help keep homeless dogs warm and dry :)

If you aren't able to donate any items, please consider donating a pound or 2 to this project.

We can't even describe how happy the recipients of the bags were last Christmas and it was so lovely to see so many people contributing. These bags really do make such a difference to someone that is homeless and sleeping on the streets. - and helps keep their canine companions happy and warm with full tummies :)
