Mark Butler is a serving fire fighter in Mid Sussex and has been for nearly 37 years. He is based at Haywards Heath with his on call colleagues.
In recent weeks we learnt that Mark's cancer had come back and unfortunately is no longer curable. We would like to raise some money for Mark and his family to take a well deserved holiday, and for anything else they may need to get to support them at this difficult time.

For many years Mark has given so much to his local community in Haywards Heath through teaching people to drive safely with his Trimark driving school, many charity events and serving as a Crew Manager at his local Fire Station providing 80-120 hours on call per week.
He has supported all his Crew in and outside of work, and is a big part of the family at Haywards Heath Fire Station.

With this in mind we all want to do a little something to give something back to Mark for all he has selflessly done for everyone else over the years.

We will be having a Bald 4 Butler event where the crew that work with Mark will have their heads shaved or legs waxed by Marks daughter Megan, to raise money for him and his family.
