I've raised £600 to donate to The UK Sepsis Trust and Seb & Olivia's Den in memory of three amazing people.

On 4 May 2019 I am going to be shaving my head for two organisations close to my heart:
There are around 250,000 cases of sepsis a year in the UK. At least 46,000 people die every year as a result sepsis. Sepsis kills more people than prostate, breast and cervical cancer. Half of the funds I raise will go towards a £50,000 fund raising campaign, set up by Drummond Central, in memory of their friend and work colleague, Jess McEnroe, who sadly lost her life to sepsis aged just 26 years old in 2017.
Over the last two years the charity has raised over £50,000 to create a sensory room at Northburn Sports & Community Centre, Cramlington. Seb & Olivia's Den opened in 2016 in memory of two very special children who loved coming to Northburn. They continue to fundraise to bring new equipment and activities to the Den, where I now enjoy spending time with my Grandson. I would like to donate the other half of funds raised to the Den.
