I've raised £1500 to help Peterborough Hospital Oncology Department.

3 Peaks in 3 Days - 5 July to 7 July 2019.
Alex Canham, Gemma Mason, Matt Holmes and Richard Monkhouse will be taking on the National 3 Peaks over a 3 day challenge.
The reason for this is to raise funds for equipment used to treat Leukemia at home, to alleviate the stress of a hospital stay, making such a huge difference to a patient's life at an unimaginably awful time.
The details:
The pump is called a forcadd solis VIP pump and by purchasing the pump it would enable wonderful nursing staff to administer chemotherapy as an outpatient rather than as an inpatient.
Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia currently have to be in hospital for approximately 5 - 10 days depending on the regime of chemotherapy delivered.
By purchasing these pumps it would enable patients to remain at home throughout the duration of their treatment and to give a better quality of life and a sense of normalcy.
Patients would only require to attend the day unit every few days to have the pump changed.
