This is our 2nd fundraising to Balintka. His family would like to say THANK YOU to those who supported them earlier this year. They are desperate to save their little one's life. That is why they asked me to make an other "justgiving" page. Balint was 2 month old when he has been diagnosed with Spinal muscular atrophy 1 (SMA1). He spent most of his life in hospital. Doctors said they can not save his life. These words are the worst to hear for his family. They started a research. There is a medicine called Spinraza which could help and has been registered in the EU in 21/04/2017. This is one of the World's most expensive medicine. Hopefully the National Health Organization will pay a part of the money but even a small percentage of this big amount means a lot. They also need to spend so much money for treatments (some are sponsored and paid but some aren't). The family would do anything to save Balint's life. They kindly ask you to help if you can. The parents' message in Hungarian: "Kisfiunk Pusomi Bálint 2,5 éves. 2 hónapos korában gerincvelő izomsorvadást diagnosztizaltak nála. Idén áprilisban törzskönyveztek Magyarországon egy gyogyszert ami 70-80 % os javulást eredményez. Amerikában 220 millió forintba kerül. Az itthoni árát még nem tudjuk, jelenleg is folynak a tárgyalások a finanszírozásról. Ha itthon ennek a 220 milliónak csak az 1% át is kéne kifizetni jelenleg azt sem tudnánk sajnos megoldani saját erőből. Júniusban volt már itt egy gyűjtés,amit nagyon szèpen köszönünk. De még mindíg távol állunk attól az 1 % tól is és még a kezelés utáni rehabilitáció is költségekkel jár , így szeretnénk kérni ismét a segítségeteket. Előre is köszönjük mindenkinek ha tud segíteni.
