We are starting Ballet d'Jèrri, a professional contemporary ballet company in Jersey, Channel Islands. This amazing island has a hugely talented artistic community, but not many options for professional artists to make a living wage without leaving home. Our goal is to create a world-class dance company that represents the people of Jersey, and provides professional opportunities for dancers, choreographers, composers, musicians, set designers, costume designers, performing arts producers, and more. We aim to encourage collaborations between artists from different backgrounds and genres, and make use of the fantastic venues and stunning backdrops that Jersey has to offer.

This is an ambitious project with long-term objectives, so we are counting on the support of our island, as well as the wider international artistic community, to help us get the ball rolling. We welcome donations small or large to help us establish Jersey's place on the global dance stage.
