As our loyal and kind followers know and for those new to Todd's Welfare Society we are a small NGO rescuing and treating street animals of Lahore. I myself am the Vice Chair of TWS and decided to join TWS as the condition of street animals in the city were I grew up saddened me. I felt compelled to do something and came across TWS in its early stages with a handful of individuals trying their utmost best to help animals from a desperate situation and came on-board.

We at TWS rely solely on donations to take care of our rescues as we receive no government funding whatsoever. In a country with no animal rights and no organisations such as the RSPCA. Street animals lead a miserable existence with no one to turn too should they be abused, injured, sick or starving. We take in these animals, treat them and try to find them homes which is not an easy task.

Currently we have many rescues undergoing urgent medical care and treatment. Bambi who's hind legs are paralysed, Newton the cat who is undergoing medical treatment for blood parasites and enlarged spleen. Poor Alec who is suffering from a terrible burn on his back. Marshal the dog who was in danger of being shot, he is nothing but skin and bones and needs a special diet. We have Honey and her puppies that need feeding and treating, once strong enough Honey will be getting spayed to save her from a lifetime of misery of endless litters. We have boarding fees to clear for all our recent rescues including any spay cases as sadly we at TWS do not currently have any post op boarding facilities. We are lucky to receive rescue rates but saying this bills still need to be paid.

We also have many rescues residing at our temporary shelters that need feeding. Please help our rescues as they truly have no one else to turn too
