Not really a training session physically but mentally today has been a challenge! We did a bike ride with both the boys 🙈 To be fair they loved it (Darwin fell asleep!) It was mummy that struggled the most. Only a few miles achieved but it's still exercise (which surely counts towards the training for Mr B??) John has been training as well as he can over the last few weeks. Juggling school work and the demands of raising 2 gorgeous but very high energy little boys; he has so far managed to work up to a 56mile ride! Considering I'm breathless by the end of the road, I think that's an amazing achievement in itself. However come rain or shine he'll be doing his ride from Derby to Skegness in a day, on June 10th. So hopefully he'll squeeze in maybe one more ride before the big day. Just got to work out how he's getting home now!
