Hi my name is Kodi, I am 3 years old and I have Hip Dysplasia in both of my back hips.
My owner rehomed me when I was 13 months old and I have been very happy in my new home.
After 2 months living in my new home I started limping badly then one day I had to go and see a lady at the vets and after lots of tests she told my owner that I had something called Hip Dysplacia in both of my back hips and I would need an operation to make me better.
My owner gave me lots of hugs and has been trying so hard to stop my hips getting to sore. She is only allowed to take me out for a walk for 10-15 mins twice a day but it's not really a walk as I can only plod along now.
I love running and playing with other dogs and long for the day that I might be able to play again with my friends Henry and Charlie.
My owner does have pet insurance but after all the tests and X-Rays there is not enough left to have an operation. Please could you help me run again and help my owner not to be sad anymore? Thank You xx
